We take great care in packaging our ceramics and glassware. Each item is wrapped in protective eco-friendly cushioning and secured in heavy-duty boxes to minimize the risk of breakage during transit.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like candles or textiles may be final sale.
Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our stoneware and porcelain items are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, we recommend hand-washing items with gold luster or delicate glazes to preserve their finish. Specific care instructions are listed on each product page.
